RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCT RETURNS
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- Unused, undamaged, and in original condition

- Includes original packaging, tags, accessories, and any freebies

- Valid proof of purchase or order number is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for the following items:

- Digital products (e.g. downloadable files, license keys, one-time access content)

- Customized or engraved items

- Used items or those without original packaging

- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
REFUNDS

- Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 2–5 business days back to your original payment method.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable. For free-shipping orders, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
If your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange an exchange or suitable solution.
GIFT ORDERS
If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive store credit for your return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Due to the nature of digital items (e.g. files, downloads, unlocks), we do not offer refunds or returns once the content has been delivered or accessed.
